Job Requirements:

Experience :

Prior experience in irrigation services is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.

Skill Set :

Ability to perform repairs and improvements to both commercial and residential irrigation systems. This includes proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various systems.

Professionalism :

Maintain a consistently professional and positive attitude.

Licensing :

Must possess a clean and valid NC Driver's License.

Background Check :

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Additional Knowledge :

Familiarity with well and pump systems is beneficial, though not mandatory.

Job Duties:

Conduct consultations with customers to understand and address their irrigation needs. Regularly inspect irrigation systems, identifying and diagnosing potential issues. Maintain punctuality for work and job site appointments, presenting a professional image. Adhere to company dress code, wearing appropriate work attire. Foster positive interactions with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Execute repairs and improvements on various irrigation systems. Manage and submit all relevant invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner. Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all work-related interactions.
