Job Description

Job Summary:
Are you mechanically inclined, passionate about agriculture, and ready to make a real impact in your community? Leading Edge Equipment is hiring Agricultural Technicians who thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment Use Service ADVISOR™ and other diagnostic tools Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Support customers in-shop and in the field Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with ag equipment or pursuing a tech degree Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license Toolset preferred Preferred (Not Required): CDL Experience with diagnostic software Familiarity with combines, sprayers, and tractors
