As a Home Service Technician, You will carry out a scheduled list of preventive home maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs and upgrades at customers homes with enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure every customer experience is positive, productive, and memorable. Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections and diagnose issues related to general home maintenance. Carry out quarterly preventative maintenance services at customer homes. Safely operate vehicles for travel between customer locations while adhering to all driving safety regulations. Communicate clearly with customers to explain services performed and recommend ongoing maintenance plans. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions for accurate documentation. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and customers. Assist in sales efforts by identifying additional service opportunities that benefit the customer's property or home comfort. Experience Prior experience with residential construction and customer service is highly desirable to enhance communication skills and client engagement. Familiarity with using basic tools to perform on-site service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate travel between job sites.
