We're looking for a detail-oriented Precision Assembly Technician to join our team. This is not your typical assembly role. If you enjoy hands-on work, building with precision, reading measurements, and taking pride in producing high-quality finished products, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do In this role, you'll build custom protective packaging solutions using foam materials, technical drawings, and precision assembly techniques.

Responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting work instructions, drawings, and dimensional specifications. Measuring, cutting, gluing, and assembling foam components to exact specifications. Building custom case inserts and protective packaging assemblies. Using hand tools, measuring devices, adhesives, and fabrication equipment. Inspecting finished products for accuracy, fit, and overall quality. Recording production/job information accurately. Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is detail-driven , dependable , and enjoys precision work .

Ideal experience includes:

Manufacturing assembly experience. Precision bench assembly. Fabrication or production work. Blueprint / drawing interpretation. Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and basic shop math. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus if you have experience with: Foam fabrication Packaging manufacturing Custom assembly work Hand tools / cutting equipment Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing role requiring: Standing for extended periods.
