Cell Phone Technician

Requirements Experience repairing smartphones (REQUIRED!!!) (iPhone 12-15 series preferred) Knowledge of iOS and Android systems Soldering experience is a plus but not required Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately Strong attention to detail and care when handling devices Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Diagnose hardware and software issues on iPhones, Android devices, tablets, computers, & game consoles Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports, and more Troubleshoot operating systems (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows) Test all devices before return to ensure full functionality Communicate clearly with customers about issues, pricing, and repair timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Summary In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronics while providing top-tier customer service.
