FlexTG is seeking a skilled and reliable Onsite Service Technician to support a dedicated client location. In this role, you will manage a full workload while ensuring the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office equipment. You'll play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through hands-on technical expertise and strong service relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair of office equipment in a timely and efficient manner Maximize equipment uptime through effective troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Engage with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and service quality Manage time effectively across multiple service needs and priorities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams regarding service updates Minimum Qualifications Prior experience maintaining and repairing Canon Production ImagePress and VarioPrint is required Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently Mechanical and electrical aptitude Basic knowledge of networking concepts Computer and analytical skills High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (pulling, lifting, reaching, transporting equipment) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Canon production equipment and HP devices Experience in an on-site or customer-facing technical role Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage a full workload independently Additional Requirements Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
