One Step Forward is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children throughout Jersey City and surrounding Hudson County communities. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with children, implementing treatment plans, and helping clients build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
