Primary Responsibilities:

Repair/Service Volvo vehicles to our manufacturer specification Ensure that every vehicle is fixed right the first time, in time Testing and reviewing proper methods of repair and service Utilize and test technologies for current and future use Exercise LEAN efficiencies with every movement within daily activities What you'll bring Volvo car prior experience preferred but not required Willingness and ability to carry out specific directions to successful completion Self-motivated and forward thinker of ways to enhance the workshop experience for other technicians and our customers Willingness and ability to work in a team format including repairing/servicing Volvo vehicles Ability to successfully and strategically manage time to ensure maximum efficiency in every movement/action 1 year experience or successful completion of a trade/college automotive program Salary Range $ 51,248 - $95,176 Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
