Repair Technician

Job Title:

Wildlife Repair Technician This unique position combines general building repair with humane wildlife management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing minor repairs on residential and commercial properties—such as sealing entry points, conducting minor structural repairs, while also addressing wildlife related issues through exclusion, inspection and basic removal services. Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor repairs on building exteriors and interiors, including patching holes, replacing damaged materials, and sealing entry points. Travel to various locations throughout South Jersey, parts of Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Install exclusion devices and structural barriers to prevent wildlife intrusion. Work independently and efficiently, while ensuring safety protocols are followed in challenging environments such as attics, crawl spaces, heights, and other confined spaces. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns

Qualifications:

Experience in general building repair, maintenance, or construction. Wildlife experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and a drive to learn and grow within the company. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be willing to travel within the designated service areas. Must be capable of working independently and efficiently to adhere to a set schedule.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with travel to residential and commercial properties. Exposure to varying weather conditions, and wildlife. Physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and crawling in tight spaces. Must be comfortable working with a 32-foot ladder and be able to handle it independently.
