Service Technician - 2 Years Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at Battery Concepts, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in cutting-edge projects. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities The following training will be provided.

• Will learn about accessories for batteries new technology, watering systems, and how to repair accessories.
• Will learn to perform preventative maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Proper maintenance and keeping of lead-acid industrial batteries.
• Will learn the proper flow chart for in-shop work on regenerating saving or salvaging batteries.
• Will also learn how to troubleshoot and repair industrial chargers.
• The technician should be teachable and perform all other duties given by the supervisor.
• Daily 10X encouraging training to excel in all they do. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in cutting-edge projects.
• Forklift certification preferred, if not training can be done during the probation period.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
