The Role As a Service Technician, you are responsible for installing vending equipment, performing routine service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting the equipment, mechanisms, mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hardware, and software as well as providing feedback to management and the team. Job Description Perform routine installation, service, maintenance, and repair of the equipment. Test and troubleshoot vending equipment, mechanisms, mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hardware and software. Manage work orders for each job in a timely manner. Document installation and repairs. Maintain all tools and equipment used during service calls. Teach customers how to use the equipment properly (as required). Manage the stock of replacement parts and equipment. Provide information and recommend services to management. Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control. Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris. Experience Required Skill in technology, to include setting up computers and installing software; troubleshooting software and hardware issues; resolving computer related issues Configuring hardware and software components after installation Skilled in the repair and maintenance of equipment Hands-on , fabrication, and electrical Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge would be an asset! Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
