ATTRACTIONS GAME TECHNICIAN

(Arcade, Bowling Facilities, Dining, Billiards, Esports) We are looking for a full-time experienced hands-on maintenance game technician responsible for ensuring all games and equipment remain fully operational through hands-on repairs, trouble-shooting and preventative maintenance. The technician also will support a positive guest experience by maintaining a visible presence on the game floor and assisting guests with questions as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2 years previous game repair experience
• Excellent oral communication skills Positive interpersonal skills
• Must speak and write basic English fluently
• Proficient math skills: ability to process technical requirements for game repair
• Physical requirements include walking, speaking, sitting, standing, typing, lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items up to 50 lbs

AROUND THE FACILITY

Maintain game room and game equipment by performing troubleshooting, ticket installation, and preventive maintenance. Follow scheduled maintenance routines to ensure all games remain clean, safe, and fully operational. Support game setup and removal, including installing new units and decommissioning outdated ones. Respond to guest service requests to quickly diagnose and resolve game issues. Maintain a safety‑focused environment by identifying hazards, addressing them promptly and following all repair protocols. Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations. Other venue operational and/or maintenance tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EDUCATION

High School Diploma
