$12.50 - $13.75 per hour

If you love technology, have excellent people skills, and want to learn a hands-on trade, this is the perfect starting point for you. We provide full in-store training and formal certifications after your probationary period to help you build a real career in tech repair. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Customer Support & Sales:
Greet customers, listen to their device issues, check them in, and provide friendly retail service.
Device Troubleshooting:
Help diagnose basic software and hardware issues on smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Hands-On Repairs:
Learn to safely disassemble, repair (replacing screens, batteries, charging ports), and reassemble electronic devices using specialized hand tools.
Keep It Organized:
Maintain a clean workspace and ensure customer devices are handled with care. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
An Eager Learner:
You don't need years of experience, but you must have a strong desire to learn the tech repair trade.
Great Communication:
You enjoy talking to people and can explain technical things in a simple, friendly way.
Tech Familiarity:
Comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, Windows, and Mac OS.
Detail-Oriented:
Steady hands and patience when working with small components and hand tools.
Reliable:
Dependable attendance, especially during your initial training phase. Bonus Points (Not required, but a plus!) Previous experience in retail sales or customer service. Any hobbyist experience fixing your own phones, gaming consoles, or PCs. Basic knowledge of electronics, soldering, or reading schematics. Preferably bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus plus.
