Service Technician

Job Description Alexander Equipment is looking to hire an experienced Ag / Tractor Technician to join our service team. We are seeking a dependable, motivated technician who can diagnose, repair, and service agricultural and compact equipment efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time position with steady year-round work and an opportunity to join a strong, growing dealership. We are a family-owned operation with a non-corporate work environment . The ideal candidate has experience with tractors, diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and general mechanical repair. We are looking for someone who can work well independently, take pride in their work, and help keep our service department moving. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair tractors, agricultural equipment, and related machinery Perform routine maintenance and service work Troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and mechanical issues Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Inspect equipment and identify needed repairs Keep work area clean and organized Communicate clearly with service staff and management on repair progress and parts needs Qualifications Experience as an ag equipment technician, diesel technician, tractor technician, or similar role preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability Experience with hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own basic tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Sign-on bonus available based on experience Full-time, steady year-round work Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with an established equipment dealership Family-owned, non-corporate atmosphere About Alexander Equipment Alexander Equipment is committed to providing quality equipment, service, and support to our customers. Pay:

$26.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 44.0 per week
