Service Technicians needed in Hamburg, NY! Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join our maintenance team and put your troubleshooting skills to work at a 272-unit apartment community in Hamburg, NY. We're seeking a dependable Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality work, and values being part of a team that supports both residents and one another. In this role, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to keep the community running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

What You'll Do:

Monday•

Friday:

8:00 AM•4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call schedule Must be available for emergency maintenance needs

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

HVAC / EPA / CFC
