Lead Technician Job Description CPR Cell Phone Repair, a leading electronics repair franchise, is seeking a motivated Electronics Repair Technician to join our growing team in Middletown, NY. We are looking for a reliable team member who enjoys technology, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position combines customer service, sales, and device repair. Prior repair experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices Provide excellent customer service Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries Sell accessories and protection plans Process repairs through our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory management Qualifications Strong customer service skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with technology Ability to learn repair procedures Retail, sales, or technical experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent
