Lead Service Technician - Pest Control Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Technician to oversee field operations, deliver exceptional pest control service, and mentor a crew of technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled problem-solver who excels at handling complex accounts and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of technicians in daily field operations Perform high-level inspections, treatments, and follow-up services Troubleshoot challenging and special accounts, developing effective solutions Train and mentor technicians on advanced techniques and special pest issues Partner with management to resolve technical, customer, or operational issues Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and consistent service quality Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in pest control Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
