Occasional local travel required Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of low- and high-voltage electronic equipment , including systems used in transportation and industrial environments. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for working with electronic systems. This position offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to work with advanced electronic equipment in a collaborative and technical environment. Key Responsibilities for the role of Electronic Repair Technician include: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electronic equipment , including circuit boards, power supplies, DVR systems, communication modules, Ethernet switches, and related components Perform repairs and maintenance on low- and high-voltage electronic systems Conduct testing using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations Manage inventory of tools, components, and spare parts , including ordering supplies as needed Support occasional field service work at customer locations Stay current with advancements in electronic systems and repair techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications for the

Electronic Repair Technician:

Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field preferred Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electronic repair and maintenance Strong ability to diagnose and repair electronic systems and components Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment Strong soldering skills ; willingness to obtain

IPC 7711-7721

certification Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Solid computer skills and ability to document work accurately Strong communication and customer service skills Certified Electronics Technician (CET) or similar certification is a plus
