As a Window and Door Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, efficient, and reliable service.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for windows and doors. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with windows and doors, including hardware, mechanisms, and sealing. Replace damaged or faulty components such as glass, frames, locks, handles, and hinges. Ensure accurate measurements and proper fitting during installations. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Provide detailed explanations of work performed and recommendations for further improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, including parts used and time spent on each job. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in working with windows and doors. Strong knowledge of various window and door types, materials, and installation techniques. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common issues related to windows and doors. Able to climb ladders/work on a ladder. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. Successfully PASS our Background Check.
