UBREAKIFIX
is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team in our Akron & Stow, OH locations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality repair services. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided. Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks. Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
