This position is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on company-branded moving and storage containers at storage center locations and designated drop lots. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in assembly, steel fabrication, carpentry, industrial painting, or general labor who enjoy working with tools and completing physical work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on moving and storage containers Complete assembly-type functions using hand and power tools without supervision Pressure wash containers and maintain overall appearance standards Move materials using pallet jacks and hand carts Maintain a clean and organized shop/work area Inspect containers for damage and complete repair tasks efficiently Travel between storage center locations and drop lots as assigned Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred 0-2 years of related experience preferred, including: Assembly Steel fabrication Carpentry Industrial painting General labor or manufacturing Comfortable using hand and power tools independently Basic computer skills required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Why Join Us?
