Job Description

As an Alarm Service Technician, you're the face of that promise ; the person who shows up, solves the problem, and leaves every customer feeling secure. Whether you've got a few years under your tool belt or you're early in your trade and hungry to grow, we'll give you the training, the tools, and the path to level up. What You'll Do Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial alarm and security systems Respond to service calls across the Columbus area; your daily route and tasks will vary Test and replace sensors, control panels, cameras, batteries, and related components Perform system upgrades and walk customers through how their equipment works Complete accurate work orders and keep your vehicle, tools, and inventory organized What You'll Bring Some hands-on experience with basic tools (drills, drivers, basic wiring) A strong willingness to learn; we'll train you on our systems and equipment A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Comfort working independently and managing your own day Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces A friendly, customer-first attitude and basic smartphone skills for apps and work orders Prior alarm, low-voltage, or electrical experience is a plus but not required What's In It For You Competitive weekly pay: $700-$1,000 Paid, hands-on training; we invest in you from day one Real variety: every day brings a new location and a new challenge A clear path to grow into senior tech, lead, or specialized roles Ready to Get Started?
