We're looking for professionals who bring a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and pride in how they show up every day. Compensation & Growth Path $18-$20/hour paid training based on experience Hourly + commission after training Performance-based bonuses Increased earnings with experience Full-time, year-round work with PTO Position Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning and restoration services, including: Carpet, tile, hardwood, LVP, and upholstery cleaning Air duct cleaning Concrete cleaning Water extraction services Work independently or with a partner Deliver excellent customer service at every job Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Properly handle equipment and maintain a clean, professional appearance Represent the company with integrity in customers' homes and business Minimum Qualifications (Required) High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer-facing or service-based experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Dependable, positive, and professional attitude Schedule Monday through Friday Saturdays as needed Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for individuals who: Take pride in their work, appearance, and professionalism Communicate well and enjoy working directly with customers Want to develop a broad skill set in a respected skilled trade Are reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Want more than "just a job" and value long-term growth This role is not a fit for those who struggle with reliability, professionalism, or working directly with customers.
