Job Description

SUMMARY As part of a 2-man installation team, responsibilities include installing doors, closets, and hardware. Part time and Full time positions available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Precision install doors, closets, and hardware in residential homes. Carry finished, painted doors in and out of residential homes without damage. Install handles, closet tracks, molding, & casing. Install pre-hung units with casing within 1 hour. Organize, clean & stock our trucks. Shop organization a plus. Takes pride and ownership in every door you handle and install. Respect company time. Ride in or drive our company van and help driver safely navigate from job to job. Repair doors needing warranty adjustment work. Interact and answer questions with homeowner in professional manner. Check order paperwork to avoid mistakes. Report any unsafe or illegal activity performed by a crew member. Report any damage or crew theft. Responsible for quality and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent. One-year experience in related door and trim industry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to problem solve and install doors to meet and exceed ONE DAY customers' expectations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES A
driver's license is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The lifting of solid core doors exceeding 75 lbs is required.
