Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues on various mobile devices including smartphones and tablets Perform software troubleshooting to resolve operating system errors on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows platforms Use hand tools and specialized equipment to solder components and replace damaged parts accurately Conduct quality checks on repaired devices to ensure optimal performance before returning them to customers Provide technical support for device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for each device Experience Familiarity with operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows is essential Knowledge of computer hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting techniques Strong analysis skills to quickly identify issues and determine effective solutions Qualification
