We are looking for a self-motivated Sales & Repair Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair cell phones and tablets for our customers. We are looking for someone who could float between our North OKC stores and our Norman store if needed. Maintain a high level of customer service with each guest Upsell other products and services related to repairs and electronics including accessories and protection plans Troubleshoot and test various models of cell phones and tablets Repair defective parts on customer cell phones and tablets Perform retention duties in order to build relationships with out customers Document all work conducted in accordance with policies Be able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Be authorized to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
