The ideal candidate will possess strong and hands-on experience in Plumbing, electric and Hvac repairs. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks and breaks. Perform maintenance on rental units Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems and general mechanical upkeep Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and industry regulations Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed Assist with renovations projects as needed, including sheetrock repairs, installing appliances, outlets, carpet etc. Requirements This position offers an opportunity for a motivated technician to advance their career within a dynamic organization committed to quality service delivery.
