As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role is for a skilled professional who can diagnose complex drivability and electrical issues, perform advanced repairs, and serve as a technical leader within the shop.

Position Summary:

The A-Level Diagnostic Technician is responsible for performing high-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role requires advanced technical expertise, precision, and the ability to train and support junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostic testing on engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, and emissions. Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical issues using OEM-level tools. Complete high-level repairs and verify repair accuracy through test drives. Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings clearly. Mentor B- and C-level technicians to improve diagnostic and repair efficiency. Stay current with new vehicle technology, diagnostic tools, and training.

Qualifications:

7+ years of automotive technician experience with diagnostic expertise. ASE Master Technician certification (preferred). Advanced drivability and electrical system knowledge. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and use OEM-level tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
