All About Automotive is looking for a true A-Level Diagnostic Technician to help take our shop from good to fully maxed out. We're currently production-limited and ready to grow — but we need the right tech to make it happen. Key Selling Points $35

Candidates who complete the Paige interview get priority. About the Role This is a production-critical diagnostic position. You will be responsible for owning the entire diagnostic and repair process from start to finish. You'll be stepping into a shop that already runs strong ARO performance and digital inspections — your role is to help unlock the next level of production and throughput. What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics on domestic and Asian vehicles Own jobs from inspection through repair completion and final verification Complete and document digital vehicle inspections (DVI) thoroughly Build accurate repair plans and parts lists Maintain high efficiency and production standards Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and workflow What We're Looking For 6+ years of technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic capability (this is not a general repair role) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and strong documentation habits Experience with DVIs is a plus ASE certifications are preferred but not required Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM No weekends Compensation & Benefits We believe top-level techs should be paid like it.
Hourly base:
$35
  • 50/hr depending on experience Production bonus begins at 35 billed hours per week Tiered bonus increases as production increases Estimated total compensation: $80K
