This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Install and service heating equipment, air conditioning systems, thermostats, ventilation equipment, fireplaces, hearth products, and generators Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend effective solutions Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner Ensure all parts, tools, and materials are accounted for and properly stocked Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations Stay current on industry advancements, products, and technology Perform additional duties as assigned 5+ years HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
