Roof Repair Technician Teflon Roofing -
Chambersburg, PA Pay:
$25-$30+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Growth Opportunity Who We Are Teflon Roofing is a fast-growing, integrity-driven roofing company serving South Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential shingle and metal roofing systems and are known for clean job sites, clear communication, and high-quality installs. We are building a long-term company with long-term people. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Roof Repair Technician with hands-on experience in both asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems . This is not an entry-level position. You must be confident diagnosing leaks, performing repairs, and completing smaller installs independently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential roof leaks Perform shingle repairs (tab replacement, ridge cap, flashing, pipe boots, valleys, etc.) Install and repair standing seam and exposed fastener metal roofing systems Replace decking, flashing, drip edge, and underlayment as needed Perform small-to-mid size reroofs when scheduled Ensure job site cleanliness and safety Communicate clearly with homeowners Document repairs with photos Required Experience Minimum 1 year roofing experience Experience installing architectural shingles Experience installing or repairing metal roofing systems Ability to identify and troubleshoot leaks Comfortable working on various roof pitches Own basic hand tools Valid driver's license Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with standing seam metal systems Experience with chimney flashing and custom metal work What We Offer $25-$30 per hour based on skill level Steady year-round work Paid holidays (after probation period) Growth into production roles Strong team culture Company-branded apparel Opportunity to grow with a company expanding into multiple locations What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes pride in their work Shows up on time Respects homeowners and teammates Wants long-term growth Understands quality matters more than speed If you're serious about your trade and want to work for a company that values skill and integrity, apply today.
