Job Description

Our growing Service Division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Lancaster, PA area. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on professional development, hands-on technical work, and career growth. Employer Contributions Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for technicians with hands-on experience and a solid foundation in a variety of maintenance and repair disciplines. Candidates with a background in the following areas are highly encouraged to apply: Installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead dock and door equipment Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair Welding and fabrication experience General facility maintenance and construction support, including pallet racking repairfixture maintenance General electrical systems knowledge and the ability to safely diagnose and repair basic circuits Construction and structural repair work, such as concretemasonry, painting, debris removal, carpentry, drywall, or demolition
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems A strong work ethic and personal pride in quality workmanship and accountability Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills Valid Driver's License (required) DOT Medical Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire; company assistance available)
