Portable Restroom Service Technician

D&S Portable Toilets is a small, family-owned and operated company offering stable, steady employment. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Portable Restroom Service Technician. Our Service Technicians are responsible for managing assigned service routes, cleaning and maintaining portable restrooms, delivering and relocating units, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stop. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate service truck while maintaining DOT compliance Service portable restrooms at customer sites, including pumping, cleaning, restocking supplies, and performing minor maintenance Deliver, relocate, and pick up portable restrooms as needed Complete daily paperwork, route logs, and required customer documentation Communicate effectively with customers and office staff throughout the workday Report safety concerns, customer issues, or equipment problems promptly Adapt to route or schedule changes as needed Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check, DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening. Ability to work independently and responsibly Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, pushing, and maneuvering portable restroom units Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Experience towing trailers or operating non-CDL commercial vehicles preferred, but not required
