Field Service Technician:

Install, commission, service, and troubleshoot automated food processing and packaging equipment at customer sites Mechanical and electrical machine and equipment installations Perform mechanical and electrical fault-finding on high-speed production lines Support customers with breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and system optimization Provide on-site training to maintenance and operations teams Liaise with engineering and parts teams to resolve technical issues and identify upgrade opportunities Complete service reports, site documentation, and expense reporting Travel extensively to customer facilities across North America, with occasional international travel (50-75%) Developed and maintained machine control systems using PLC/HMI platforms. Delivered customized, customer-focused automation solutions. Qualifications & Experience required: 3+ years' experience in a Field Service Technician role within food, beverage, bakery, or packaging machinery Strong mechanical background; electrical, controls, and PLC experience highly desirable Proven ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Hands-on experience with motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, conveyors, and VFDs Working knowledge of PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred) Comfortable with 70-75% travel and extended site-based assignments Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach To find out more, simply click Apply or contact Sam Wild on 215-999-6430 Job reference number: 2591 This position is commutable from
