Job Description
Sewer Scope Technician Eagle Inspections LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Sewer Scope Technician to join our growing inspection team. We are seeking an individual with experience in sewer scoping, drain line inspections, or relevant plumbing work. The ideal candidate will also have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, real estate agents, and office staff. Position Overview The Sewer Scope Technician will be responsible for performing sewer line inspections using camera equipment, identifying visible defects or concerns, documenting findings, and providing a clear explanation of inspection results. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work directly with customers in the field. Responsibilities Perform sewer scope inspections at residential properties. Operate sewer camera equipment and related tools. Identify visible sewer line issues such as blockages, offsets, root intrusion, damaged piping, bellies, or other concerns. Document findings clearly and accurately for inspection reports. Communicate inspection results in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Maintain equipment and keep work vehicle/tools organized. Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, report details, and client needs. Represent Eagle Inspections LLC in a professional manner at all times. Qualifications Experience with sewer scoping, drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field work preferred. Basic knowledge of residential plumbing and sewer line systems. Ability to operate sewer camera equipment or willingness to be trained. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently in the field. Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift, carry, and operate inspection equipment. Preferred Experience Prior sewer scope inspection experience. Plumbing or drain cleaning background. Experience working with homeowners, buyers, real estate agents, or contractors.
