The Bath Authority - Service & Warranty Technician The Service & Warranty Technician is responsible for handling post-installation service calls, warranty repairs, and customer satisfaction follow-ups for completed bathroom remodeling projects. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing corrective repairs, and ensuring all finished work meets company quality standards. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent craftsmanship, and a professional customer service approach. this is a full-time W2 role; however, we are open to considering 1099 contractors as wellResponsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain bathroom fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, showers, and vanities Respond to warranty and service requests for completed bathroom remodels Diagnose issues related to plumbing fixtures, caulking, cabinetry, and finish work Repair or replace damaged or defective materials and fixtures Adjust doors, drawers, hardware, and installed accessories Complete punch-list items from final walkthroughs Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working conditions Document service calls, materials used, and resolution details Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Protect company reputation through high-quality workmanshipQualifications:
2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction Strong knowledge of plumbing fixtures and bathroom systems Skilled in finish carpentry and minor drywall repair Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces Ability to diagnose problems independently and recommend solutions Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 150 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spaces Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail Professionalism in occupied homes Time management and organization Accountability and follow-throughPreferred Qualifactions:
