Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Golf Equipment Sales Technician, where your passion for golf and technical expertise come together to deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice. In this energetic role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect golf equipment, perform equipment repairs and maintenance, and ensure that every golfer leaves with the confidence that their gear is optimized for peak performance. Your mechanical skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm will drive sales and enhance the overall golf experience for our valued customers. Duties

• Host live shows on platforms like eBay, TikTok, or Whatnot to sell golf clubs, hats, apparel, accessories, bags, and more.
• Organize and recondition used inventory to be sold on live shows or as buy-it-now listings.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on golf equipment selection, including clubs, bags, accessories, and custom fittings.
• Perform detailed repairs and maintenance on golf equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair complex golf club issues.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves with new products, and organizing equipment displays.
• Conduct routine inspections of golf gear to identify wear or damage requiring repair or replacement.
• Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining product features, and building lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and promote new products or services. Requirements
• Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair or automotive repair.
• Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and diesel engine repair is a plus.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, and heavy lifting required.
• Knowledge of heavy machinery components such as Caterpillar or generator systems beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to perform detailed diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals.
• Willingness to learn about golf equipment technology and stay current on industry trends.
