Fix2Me is seeking motivated and skilled technicians to join the Fix2Me Partner Network as Independent Service Technicians. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want flexibility, independence, and access to customers seeking reliable repair, installation, maintenance, and technical services. As a partner technician, you will provide on-site services directly to customers while maintaining high standards of professionalism, workmanship, and customer experience. Technicians have the flexibility to choose service categories that match their expertise and availability. Responsibilities Perform repairs, installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support services within your area of expertise. Diagnose issues accurately and provide reliable solutions for customers. Deliver professional on-site service while maintaining strong customer relationships. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines, pricing expectations, and repair processes. Document completed jobs, services provided, materials used, and customer interactions accurately. Maintain safe working practices and follow industry standards during service delivery. Manage appointments, scheduling, and service requests efficiently. Represent the Fix2Me Partner Network professionally during all customer interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in repairs, maintenance, technical support, installations, field services, or related skilled trades preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage service appointments effectively. Good communication and customer service skills. Access to tools and equipment relevant to your service area is preferred. Reliable transportation for traveling to customer locations is preferred. Valid licenses or certifications related to your trade are a plus but not required for all service categories. Ability to use smartphones or digital tools for job management and communication.
