Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Tech Repair and Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support for mobile devices and computers while assisting with customer service and sales efforts. You will diagnose issues, guide customers through solutions, and support repair operations remotely. This is a paid position offering an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of mobile devices, including Android and iOS smartphones, as well as laptops running Windows and macOS Perform advanced repair support, including guidance on hardware repairs, micro soldering, and component-level diagnostics when applicable Provide remote technical support via phone, messaging, or other communication platforms, guiding customers through troubleshooting and repair processes Analyze device issues to determine root causes and recommend clear, effective solutions Support sales efforts by educating customers on repair options, accessories, protection plans, and service value Maintain accurate and detailed records of diagnostics, communications, and repair notes within the system Assist with customer follow-ups, setting expectations on repair timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Work closely with in-store teams to support workflow, parts coordination, and repair updates Qualifications Proven experience with mobile device repair, including Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS platforms Strong understanding of hardware components, diagnostics, and repair processes Experience with micro soldering, schematics, or advanced repair techniques is a strong plus Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues efficiently Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and confidence Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and accountable Closing Join Drourr Technologies LLC DBA uBreakiFix by Asurion and be part of a growing, performance-driven team where your technical skills directly impact customer experience and business success.
