Our services also include cleaning and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. We service the Columbia, Sumter, and Florence areas of South Carolina. We are seeking a Lead Service Technician with experience in HVAC, roofing, or building construction who can provide high quality work and excellent customer service. The Lead Service Technician will perform fieldwork at customer locations and will be assigned a service van fully equipped with necessary tools, safety equipment, and supplies. The Lead Service Technician will aid less experienced technicians as needed and will assist in optimizing work schedules. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Valid Driver's License and acceptable Safe driving record Trade school graduate or demonstrated hands-on experience. 2+ years verifiable experience in HVAC, roofing, carpentry or handyman skills. EPA refrigerant certification (preferred but not required) Physical ability to climb and work from ladders Physical ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and on rooftops Moderate lifting Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment. Excellent Customer Service Skills and can Communicate confidently with homeowners Ability to work independently and self-schedule. Self-motivated to complete assigned service calls within time constraints. Compensation:
Commission based on Total Sales processed. Bonus based on performance Customer tips Hourly pay for training and special assignments ($20.00 - 30.00 / hour) 401k with match after 1 year of employment
