$28.00•$31.00 per hour (DOE)

Field-Based / In-Person Job Summary Your Home Improvement Company is looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle warranty service calls, product inspections, and repairs related to our residential remodeling projects including windows, bathroom remodels, and kitchen refacing systems . This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction or remodeling experience who takes pride in quality work and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform service repairs and warranty work on installed home improvement products Diagnose issues and develop repair solutions Complete repairs related to windows, bath systems, and kitchen refacing Maintain positive relationships with homeowners while providing professional service Document service work using company apps and systems (training provided) Communicate clearly with the service management team Assist with service scheduling and follow-up tasks Identify additional home improvement opportunities when appropriate

Requirements:
