They are actively seeking a Senior Commercial Service Technician in the Tri-Cities area, a role designed for true experts who thrive on advanced diagnostics and high-level responsibility. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Service Technician position include: Explaining and troubleshooting primary/secondary hydronic piping systems and pump relationships Walking through full boiler sequences of operation, including combustion analysis and troubleshooting Describing air- and water-cooled chiller sequences of operation, safeties, and lockout conditions Diagnosing and clearly differentiating control system failures versus mechanical failures Troubleshooting VRF/VRV system communications and network faults Reading and interpreting electrical schematics across 24V, 120V, 208V, and 480V systems Explaining cooling tower operation and condenser water loop troubleshooting Independently diagnosing and resolving complex commercial mechanical system failures using real-world experience
