Job Description

Job Summary:
ChemStation is seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Service Technician to join our team. This role is vital to supporting our customers through the installation, maintenance, and repair of ChemStation's refillable chemical dispensing systems. In addition to service responsibilities, this position will also be trained in the blending and production of ChemStation products , serving as a backup to the blending team when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field and in the plant, understands the importance of safety and accuracy, and wants to grow within a dynamic and values-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Equipment Duties Install, troubleshoot, and maintain ChemStation's refillable tank systems at customer locations. Provide on-site technical support, ensuring proper operation of all ChemStation equipment. Represent ChemStation with professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and work orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to customer sites as needed, which may include overnight stays. Follow all ChemStation and OSHA safety protocols, especially when handling chemicals or pressurized systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
2+ years in a mechanical, technical, or chemical production role preferred.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, hoses, and fluid-handling systems. Chemistry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with industrial chemicals or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus.
Certifications:
Forklift certification, HAZMAT training, and
OSHA 10/30
preferred but not required. Additional Preferred Qualifications -
Not Required:
Class A CDL with Tanker (N) or Hazmat (H/X) endorsements.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, and spend time on your feet.
Travel:
