Overview:

Stevens Realty is seeking experienced and dependable vendors/technicians to support our growing portfolio in the McMinnville, TN area. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Roofers Flooring Technicians Make-Ready Technicians (Turnover)

Appliance Technicians Electricians Responsibilities:

Complete work orders and property repairs in a timely manner Perform quality work that meets company standards Communicate updates and submit photos upon job completion Ensure units are ready for new tenants when applicable

Requirements:

Proven experience in your trade Must have your own tools and equipment Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and responsiveness

Preferred:

Experience working with property management companies Ability to handle multiple service requests weekly
