Service Technician

McKeever RV & Marine a family-owned company in Sweetwater Tennessee and is looking for a quality, experienced certified and non-certified RV technicians and apprentice technicians and marine technicians. Each technician has their own tablet to make managing your own work easier. We have a huge parts inventory to support our shop as well as a retail store. We run our business to create a friendly family environment where our staff loves coming to. If you're tired of Corporate America then come and check us out. We have two company outings per year that are 100% company paid, our spring outing is at the racetrack.

Certified Technicians:

3 years or more of RV service experience Strong diagnostic abilities Have a strong knowledge of manufactures requirements for warranty Be able to mentor apprentice technicians

Non-Certified Technicians:

1 year or more of RV service experience Diagnostic abilities Good working knowledge of a RV Appendance technicians: Basic mechanical aptitude Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and carpentry Basic math skills Willingness to learn

Requirements:

Must be dependable Basic computer knowledge Strong customer relations Ability to follow company policies and procedures Strong work ethic We offer a great hourly wage plus an efficiency bonus and a yearly retention bonus, 100% company paid training with RVTI so you can continue to grow your skills. We are a 6 day a week operation with a 5 day work week, we are closed Sundays so our staff has time for family and worship. We are an easy drive from Knoxville and located at I-75 exit 62.
