Service Technician Supervisor Job Duties:

•$30.00 per hour. Provides some first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance. Assist with reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication to customers. Monitors the status of open repairs with workshop technicians. Supervises Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders. Develop and/or reviews quotes for accuracy prior to communication to customers. Develop a robust technical team by managing the recruitment, product training, development. Performance of the service technicians to ensure the teams skills and experiences exceed customer expectations. Make decisions and address customer needs in absence of Service & Operations Manager. Selects, trains, and develops staff Set budgets for material and labor within guidelines and then complete the required maintenance and repair within those budget

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and attention to details. Required experience in computer, MS Word, Data Entry, Excelle, Internet, Emails Excellent problems•Solving abilities and critical thinking capacity. Proficient in control systems software and diagnostics tools. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, is typically required, along with relevant work experience. Required working experience as supervisor in technician repaired, mechanical field.

Control Specialist Job Duties:

$28.00 per hour. The control specialist analyzes the organization operational processes and management control plans by evaluating company products documents, system data, and project reports. Ensures that procedures comply with state policies and regulations. Conduct regular quality checks and review project management guidelines to develop strategies aimed at the maximizing efficiency and minimizing financial loss. Reiterate risk management protocols and identify business opportunities that would benefit the company. Audits and reporting, data management, collaborations.
