Our team of driven employees strives to provide the best product and customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in equipment repair and maintenance. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment to ensure optimal performance for our clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on flooring equipment. Deliver equipment to customer jobsites. Conduct field service calls to assess customer needs and deliver high-quality service. Operate company vehicles safely while traveling to job sites. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details and recommendations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. Qualifications Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field service environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
