Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (lights, wipers, brakes, tires). Conduct multi-point inspections and maintain inspection records. Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields upon entry. Support additional automotive services (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards. Participate in training (on-site and e-learning). Assist with marketing events, inventory, and basic facility upkeep. Promote customer loyalty through clear service reviews and quality work. Perform other duties as assigned -Drivers license needed due to driving customer cards as needed.
