Job Summary Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable team member to inspect and repair precast concrete products. In this role, you will fix surface defects like cracks and chips to make sure the final product looks smooth and clean. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities Inspect concrete items for cracks, chips, and other surface defects Repair concrete surfaces using patching compounds, grout, and mortar Grind, sand, and smooth repaired areas to match the surrounding surface Fill in small air pockets and imperfections for a clean finish Use hand tools, power tools, and grinders safely and effectively Work with the quality control team to identify and fix issues Keep your work area clean and report recurring quality problems to supervisors Requirements 1 or more years of experience in concrete repair or related work Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Experience using grinders and concrete finishing tools is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the workday Lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds regularly Working in a manufacturing facility with changing temperatures Working around concrete dust, noise, and tool vibrations Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
