Job Summary Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Technician for a long-term position. In this role, you will inspect precast concrete products for defects and make surface repairs. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys hands-on, high-quality work. Responsibilities Inspect concrete products for chips, cracks, and surface blemishes Repair concrete surfaces using patching compounds, grout, and mortar Grind, sand, and smooth repaired areas to match the surrounding surfaces Fill air pockets and minor imperfections for a clean finish Use hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment safely Follow quality standards to make sure finished products meet specifications Keep the work area clean and follow all safety steps Requirements Experience in finding surface defects and performing quality concrete repairs Familiarity with concrete patching materials, finishing methods, and hand tools Ability to speak either English or Spanish Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Steel-toe boots and long pants are required Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working around concrete dust, noise, vibration, and changing temperatures Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times Benefits Benefits may be available depending on the assignment.
